We’re back from NY and NJ. I had a great time seeing old friends at NYCC and witnessing two good friends get married. We’re glad to be back in SoCal, though. Back to work on Lucky and back to work animating. We’re looking for new projects to take on, so if you need anything, feel free to contact us!
Cool things coming next year as far as past projects being brought back and new projects as well.Details
Wow. NYCC has grown. I believe this was the con’s seventh year and I have been five of those seven years. I missed out the first year and last year. I noticed a huge difference in the size of not only the con, but the crowd as well. Its a bit tight to walk through.
As an attendee, I prefer smaller cons where it is easier to get around, but as a creative professional the enormous crowd is definitely a good sign for the health and growth of the industry.
While at the con, I got to see some friends I have not seen in a while. It was great seeing them, I’m not going to drop names, you know who you are.
I got some good feedback on Lucky and possibly some publisher interest.
Wednesday night I am meeting up with Mike Farah to catch up and discuss the future of Bernie’s BOT. Its something we both want to see completed. I have some big ideas for Bernie, Thursday, and the gang and I hope we can make even part of it happen. Stay tuned for that news on all of that!Details
